My name is Anna-Maria DiLieto and I am an Accredited BACP and NCS registered psychotherapist and counsellor based in Wembley, London and work primarily with young people and adults.
If you are seeking help to work on emotional challenges you feel you are facing, I can provide you with a safe and calm space so that you can identify and explore those areas you feel are really troubling you.
Together in our therapeutic relationship, we can work towards discovering and developing new ways of approaching life, where current ways may be inhibited by distressing thoughts and experiences you have had recently or in the past, and which may be causing you to suffer emotionally and often physically in the present. Talking therapies such as psychotherapy and counselling can help offer clarity of thought and a space where difficulties and more complex life challenges can be worked through intensively but sensitively.

I take confidentiality very seriously and as such, you can be reassured that you will have a safe place to talk and be listened to.
If you feel that your concerns are being triggered by recent events, very present in the here and now, for example, stress at work, a bereavement, bullying or difficulties in your marriage, then counselling or short term therapy may be the option to consider. However, if you feel that problems you are facing are more complicated, more deeply rooted, perhaps your past is having an impact on your current day to day life, then psychotherapy or long term therapy may help with exploring things further.
Please feel free to explore my website and learn a little more about me and how I work. If you feel after reading through the information that you would like to try therapy, then please feel free to contact me and we can arrange an initial consultation.
We can then explore in a private and confidential setting some of the emotional difficulties you wish to bring to therapy and together we can gain an insight to your inner conflicts which in turn may offer some great relief and open up the opportunity for change.
